• Plan ahead and book a location (dancing bar/club ) not complicated to access from the place of the dinner
• Decide on a package price for drinks + bus tickets if not paid by INSA
• Create an eventbrite (Xander can support: [email protected]) with a sort of flyer picture that you can do on Canva
• On eventbrite, put a price and select the payment type "donation", otherwise we pay VAT on all what we "sell"
• Choose a bank account that will be connected to eventbrite and pay at the bar/club
• Communicate with the students (attached emails) + on linkedin and per mail with LC Lyon (eventually Paris or anyone you know that could join) simply the eventbrite link
• Enjoy the event & take pictures!
