• You should be logged in with a unitech-international.org email address to collect information
• The outputs of all forms should be clearly labelled and placed in the correct place on Google Drive
• Where relevant, please ensure that you ask for UNITECH year of graduation and association with the UNITECH programme (student, CP, alumni etc.)
• There are plenty of existing forms that can be copied and amended for your use
