Ground Rules

1. Have fun!
2. Provide fast/honest feedback and stay in close communication
3. Find intelligent ways of generating resources to avoid overwhelm and high workloads
4. Be robust by design - every function has a deputy, we trust each other to take ownership
5. We don’t need everyone in every meeting. Speed beats perfection
6. Every decision we make should enhance the experience for our UAA community and foster an inclusive environment
7. We are aware of the OKRs at all times and understand our areas of responsibility
8. We each take ownership over the OKRs

Ways of working:

1. We use and engage on slack for internal communication. We use G-Drive for documents.
2. Where possible, we simplify
3. We maintain good habits, e.g. turn up to meetings on time - if you can’t join let us know and send any key notes/updates ahead of the call
