Steps

  1. Copy the email template document to a relevant location on the UNITECH Google Drive
  2. Complete the template by removing any non-relevant fields and inputting relevant content (making this a “Newsletter” is best)
  3. Include any attachments as PDFs by saving them in the relevant location in public folder and copying a link to them
  4. (Optional) Email [email protected] to review accordance to UAA tone of Voice, not to spell check
  5. Send a link of your new document to [email protected], and make sure that they have access to view it
