1. Registration
perceived pain point for VeryConnect from a user side (my personal experience from Q):
- Login needed but easily forgotten:
- I tried to see how it is to book the V3 event just now via phone (after clicking on the link via LinkedIn)
- A list of a lot of data entry fields was asked (too many - see screenshot below)
- Log-in is asked - however I
don’t remember the login details (as usually use it on the computer and login is automatic)
- I believe this is a huge roadblock and pain point as people don’t use VeryConnect every day. And if an event cannot be registered, zoom link cannot be obtained because people either enter a bunch of details / reset a password then it’s too complicated.
2. Network
a. The Map
The map is interesting to have numbers but doesn’t allow to have further information. Only the list view provides Alumni names.
3. Events
- PB: Mismatch error in the “Location” filter: when filtrating for “United-Kingdom”, the Loughborough events are not selected → overly strict filtering
- PB: Not possible to select online events.
- Remark: Is the “Show Cancelled Events” really relevant?
