Mission: Enable, foster exchange when people are not in the same space. Stay connected worked very well during COVID times. Help people reconnect.

Ideas:

• Reinforce UNITECH Alumni network (break-out, small talks)
• Pair people, mentorship split by sector & functions (aeronautics & strategy)
• Featuring with local chapters to do online + local events (UAA Network Night-Out)
