The Programme Lead shall be responsible for the planning and execution of the content and activities related to the Association’s annual content calendar. In particular, the Programme Lead shall be responsible for:

Planning and implementation of the logistic details of the Sessions and Initiatives
Coordination and implementation of the content for professional and global Sessions and activities related to Initiatives,
Communication with the participants and contributors before, during, and after each Session or activity related to an initiative in collaboration with the Marketing & Communication Lead,
The related invitation and registration processes, and
The budget and expenses concerning the Sessions in collaboration with the Financial & Information Officer </aside>

Plan & communicate the UAA calendar
Long-term planning and UAA programme value creation
Event organization in hands with Project Manager, Local Chapters, UNITECH Office, Corporate Partners, Academic Partners
