Core responsibilities (as defined in the constitution)

• Be jointly responsible for policy and strategic planning for the UAA together with the President
• Jointly represent the Association towards UTI together with the President
• Establish and maintain external relations,
• Recruit new Corporate Partners independently of or in collaboration with UTI
• Define content and support organization of the professional sessions and the annual reunion

Core Additional responsibilities

• Define OKRs (Objectives & Key results), maintain them and use them to drive progress (see example below)
• Define Ways of Working and/or Ground Rules (see example below) and enforce them!
• Pull the team together to create synergies and avoid double work
• Look after every council member to ensure they enjoy their role and will be successful
